This package is designed to provide you with continuous, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. Included in your investment:

 

• A free 60-minute initial consultation (in person or via video call) to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.

• Two personalized prenatal meetings to: Discuss your vision for birth, prepare a birth plan, go over comfort techniques, and plan for the postpartum period.

• Ongoing prenatal support via phone, text, or email to answer questions and share evidence-based resources.

• Full access to my lending library, including books on pregnancy, labor, VBAC, postpartum, and breastfeeding.

• Two postpartum visits to support your recovery, talk through your birth experience, and check in on how you and baby are adjusting.

• 24/7 on-call availability as you approach your due date and full support throughout labor and birth.

• Up to 3 hours of immediate postpartum care to help you settle in and begin breastfeeding, if desired.

Clients have access to my TENS unit for natural pain relief during labor.

Because of that, I offer flexible payment options and can thoughtfully tailor support to meet your needs whenever possible.
