This package is designed to provide you with continuous, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. Included in your investment:
A free 60-minute initial consultation (in person or via video call) to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.
Two personalized prenatal meetings to: Discuss your vision for birth Prepare a birth plan Go over comfort techniques Plan for the postpartum period.
Ongoing prenatal support via phone, text, or email to answer questions and share evidence-based resources.
Full access to my lending library, including books on pregnancy, labor, VBAC, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
Two postpartum visits to support your recovery, talk through your birth experience, and check in on how you and baby are adjusting plus one nourishing postpartum meal of your choice from my curated menu.
24/7 on-call availability as you approach your due date and full support throughout labor and birth.
Up to 3 hours of immediate postpartum care to help you settle in and begin breastfeeding if desired.
Training and Tools: I have completed doula training doula through DONA International
CPR certified for all ages, including infants.
Completed Spinning Babies® Workshop for birth professionals.
Clients have access to my TENS unit for natural pain relief during labor.
I believe every family should have access to a doula! Because of this, I am happy to work with you on a payment plan, as well as adjust my standard package to fit your needs! As a birth doula, I am passionate about helping families have the birth experience they deserve. I believe that every family has the right to be informed about their choices and to make the best decisions for their family.
VBAC Support
If you are planning a VBAC birth, I am here to offer specialized support and guidance. I have first-hand experience with VBAC births and can provide the extra care and attention you need during this special time.
Caesarean support
As a C-section Mama myself I can help you and your partner navigate through this confusing and sometimes frustrating time.
You still have choices and options even with a C-section and I can help you realize what those are so you can feel confident in your decisions.
Alternative Pain Relief
I believe in providing families with a range of options for pain relief during labor and delivery. I can offer advice on alternative methods such as massage, acupressure,
and other methods of pain relief which can be used alongside or in place of medical pain management options.
